What are Animal Rights?
Human beings used animals for solving different purposes from ancient times. Animals were the source of food, clothes and many other things that are essential in daily life. An animal right is a movement started by human beings to realize the importance of animals and preserving their rights. Many animal right commissions have come up for the rescue of the animals to ensure that animals are not exploited.
Animals were never given pertinence as compared to human beings because of the inferior specie which lacks in means of communication and brain level.

- Animals are quite useful for human beings. Many products are developed with the help of animals and the products are sold for earning huge profits. But in the process of generating huge income humans forget that animals are also living beings and humans have no right to overuse the animals for solving their purpose.
- Animals are kept in zoo and are also finding in circus, performing for the entertainment of kids and adults. Many rules and regulations are made by the government of different countries for preserving the right of animals and giving the wide ground for animal survival.
- Some animals are used in medical experiments and many of them experience lot of pain and even die due to failure of the experiments. Animal rights have been defined which prevent animals from exploitation. Many laws have been made but animal rights are not practiced up to the mark.
- Many books have been launched for the preservation of the animal rights and that helped in spreading awareness among the people. Henry Salt worked on publishing the books for explaining the rights of the animals to the humans.
- Speciesism term came into existence which was understood as the modern explanation of the animal rights. Richard Ryder of Oxford University gave the concept of Speciesism and helped in explaining the facts which can stop the exploitation of animals and can spread awareness.
- Humans have no right to become the reason for irresistible pain and torture of animals. There were several incidents which caused the brutal death of the animals. Still humans are indulging in unethical and inhuman activities and are troubling animals unnecessarily for their benefits.
Writers are constantly engaged in launching books on animal rights which spread the message to stop the exploitation of animals.
